Measure the first four ingredients into a bowl, blend with a fork and leave to stand.
Measure the remaining ingredients into a large bowl and stir well to mix throughly.
Add the liguid mixture and fold in until the dry ingrdients are just moistened (don’t over mix).
Spoon into greased muffin pan and bake at 200 C for about 15 minutes or until centres spring
back when pressed. Makes 12 muffins.
